Stillness, like a blade of grass with a dew drop in the morning, timeless and fascinating
Vastness, like a cavern opening into the unknown in every limb of my body
Protection, a suit of armour of impenetrable strenth surrounding me
Solidness, a mountain in timeless formation - standing resolute and majestic
Clarity, immense space within gives contrast to razor sharp focus and decision
Energy, light as a bird, moving like a gazelle and strong as an elephant - harmony
Action, swift and sharp and without weight or effort, an invisible touch of movement and completion
Inspiration, extended hands reaching into the cosmos bringing previously unseen awareness
Joy, runneth over like a waterfall yet flexible and unwavering like a great oak tree
Feeling, touching within, touching the out - tiny tentacles of reception each receiving its own universe
Emptiness, fully receptive and with potential to act and serve as nothing is needed
Seeing, everything and nothing - all is still all is moving - I am dissolving
